Muscari armeniacum

Muscari armeniacum, otherwise known as the grape hyacinth is a versatile garden plant with intensely blue blooms. These blue muscaris are often used to create rivers of colour all on its own, and the effect a mass of grape hyacinths creates is truly unforgettable—but you can get even more creative. Muscari armeniacum provides the perfect companion for tulips, and contrasts magnificently with daffodils—no wonder it’s one of spring’s favourite flowers.
